Cashback #
This feature rewards your customers with a cashback amount after they complete an order. They can use the cashback for their next purchase — a great way to increase repeat orders and customer loyalty.
Share & Earn #
This feature encourages your customers to share your products or store link with friends. When the referred customer places a paid and completed order, the sharer earns a reward (percentage or flat amount). It’s an easy way to grow your traffic and sales through referrals.
⚠️ Note: Cashback and Share & Earn rewards will only be given after the order status becomes Completed and Paid.
How to Set Up Cashback #
Go to your dashboard and navigate to “CUSTOMER LOYALTY“
Switch the Cashback toggle to ON.
Set the Cashback Percentage. Example: 5% means a customer who spends RM100 will receive RM5 cashback.
Set the Expiry Days. Default is 30 days (This is how long the cashback remains valid before it expires.).
How to Set Up Share & Earn #
It located right under the Cashback section.
Switch the toggle ON.
Choose the Reward Type: Percentage or Flat
Enter the Reward Value, if
- Percentage: 3.00%
- Flat: 2.00 (means RM2)
Set the expiry days, the default is 30 days (This is how long the cashback remains valid before it expires.).
Scroll to the end and click Submit. Cashback and Share & Earn are now activated for your customers.
