JustOrder.Today offers WhatsApp notifications, allowing merchants to receive updates and order notifications through our in-house WhatsApp numbers.
Why I need to Whitelist WhatsApp numbers? White-listing WhatsApp number is important to enable smooth notifications sending through WhatsApp. White-listing WhatsApp is a step to send the first message to a new number so that the two-way communication is open between two numbers.
- Go to “Shop.”
- The whitelisting status can be found at the top part of the page.
- Click the red blinking “Whitelist.”
- You’ll enter the WhatsApp chat screen.
- Send the template message: “Hello JustOrder.Today.”
- You’ll receive a message confirming that your number has been successfully whitelisted.
- Return to the shop main page.
- Continue the same steps for other numbers that require whitelisting.
- Successfully whitelisted numbers will show as a green button.
