# How to Set Your Shop Description

Your **Shop Description** is an important part of your store identity.
It tells customers who you are, what you sell, and why they should trust your brand.

### Where to write your shop description?

Log in to your dashboard, tap the "**Pen**" icon at the top-right corner to enter Edit Shop mode.

Locate the "**Shop Description/Promo Text**" section.

Insert your **description or promotional message**. This description strengthens your brand identity while highlighting your unique value, helping customers instantly understand what sets your shop apart. A clear, well-crafted description also improves your shop’s visibility on Google, making it easier for new customers to discover and trust your brand.

Scroll to the bottom and click **“Save Shop”**.

Your customers will see this description under the **“About Your Shop”** section at the main page. It will also appear on **Google search results** when people search for your shop.
