Sign Up Bonus allows you to reward new members immediately after they register an account in your store.
You can give them bonus cashback<\/strong>, bonus points<\/strong>, or both \u2014 a great way to encourage more people to sign up and start shopping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to set Sign Up Bonus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Go to your dashboard and navigate to \u201cCUSTOMER LOYALTY<\/strong>\u201c, then scroll down to the \u201cSign Up Bonus<\/strong>\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set the Bonus Cashback (RM)<\/strong> by enter the amount of cashback you want to give for each new signup. Example: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Enter 5.00<\/strong> \u2192 new members receive RM5<\/strong> cashback.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Set the Bonus Points<\/strong> by enter the number of points new members will receive. Example: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Enter 100<\/strong> \u2192 new members receive 100 points<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Important Note<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If you do not wish to offer<\/strong> cashback or points bonuses for new signups, simply leave Bonus Cashback<\/strong> and Bonus Points<\/strong> as 0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You can still use the signup banner to promote other member benefits, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
