Birthday Rewards allow you to give customers extra cashback<\/strong> or extra points<\/strong> during their birthday period.
This helps build customer loyalty and makes them feel appreciated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to Set Up Birthday Rewards<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Go to your dashboard and navigate to “CUSTOMER LOYALTY<\/strong>“, then scroll down to the “Birthday Rewards<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enable the Birthday Rewards by switching the toggle to ON<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set the Cashback Multiplier<\/strong>. This controls how many times the normal cashback your customer will receive on their birthday. Example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 1.00<\/strong> = normal cashback (no extra)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 2.00<\/strong> = double cashback<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 3.00<\/strong> = triple cashback<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Set the Points Multiplier. This controls how many times the normal points your customer will receive. Example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • 1.00<\/strong> = normal points<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 2.00<\/strong> = double points<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      Choose Birthday Eligibility (optional). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Turn on \u201cEligible for the whole birth month\u201d<\/strong> if you want customers to enjoy rewards for the entire month of their birthday.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • If this is OFF \u2192 rewards apply only on the birthday date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Submit your settings. Birthday bonuses will now be applied automatically when eligible customers place an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
