They can redeem these points as cashback on their next purchase. This helps increase repeat purchases and customer loyalty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f <em>Points will only be rewarded after the order becomes <strong>Completed &amp; Paid<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps to Set Up Points Reward<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to your dashboard and navigate to &#8220;<strong>CUSTOMER LOYALTY<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"677\" height=\"273\" src=\"https:\/\/my.justorder.today\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-26.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3000\" style=\"width:500px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/my.justorder.today\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-26.png 677w, https:\/\/my.justorder.today\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-26-300x121.png 300w, https:\/\/my.justorder.today\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-26-18x7.png 18w, https:\/\/my.justorder.today\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-26-360x145.png 360w, https:\/\/my.justorder.today\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-26-650x262.png 650w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 677px) 100vw, 677px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Find the Points Reward section and switch the toggle <strong>ON<\/strong> to enable this feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Set how many points customers earn<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In <strong>\u201cPoints every RM1.00 spent\u201d<\/strong>, enter the number of points customers will receive for each RM1 they spend. Example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter <strong>1<\/strong> \u2192 customer spends RM100 = earns 100 points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter <strong>2<\/strong> \u2192 customer spends RM100 = earns 200 points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In <strong>\u201cCashback (RM) on every 1 point redeemed\u201d<\/strong>, enter how much 1 point is worth. Example<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter <strong>0.01<\/strong> \u2192 1 point = RM0.01<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That means 100 points = RM1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In <strong>\u201cDay(s) before expiring\u201d<\/strong>, enter how long points remain valid (default is 30 days).
