# How to set up the product so that pre-order is required?

If you need certain number of days to prepare the product after customer place order, you can set up Pre-Order under products to notify customers their expectations.

Go to Products

Select the product of choice

Scroll down to enable Require Pre-Order

Fill in the pre-order minimum days

Scroll down to the bottom and click Save Product
