# How To Set Simple Product Discount

Easily set up quick discounts for selected items or categories. Whether it’s a percentage off, a fixed amount, or a fixed selling price — adjust your promotions anytime to boost sales and attract more buyers.

Go to your **Merchant Dashboard → Promotion**/Discount****.

Select the **“+”** on the top right corner to create new promotion.

Click the “**Simple Product Adjustment Discount**” button.

**Enter a clear name** (example: All Cat Food 20% discount). This helps you identify it later.

Then write a **short and clear description** of your promotion. Mention what the offer is, the discount amount, and any specific conditions (e.g. “All products in the Cat Food category are 20% off”). This helps customers quickly understand your deal.

Set the **start and end date**

Choose which products or categories the discount will apply to.

Select the **discount type and its value** — by percentage, fixed amount, or fixed price per item. Then **save discount** to launch the promotion.

Customers will see a promotion pop-up when they enter your shop after this discount is set.
